Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Baby Easy Fed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Baby Easy Fed is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers track infant feeding patterns. The App allows users to log breast, bottle, and solid food feedings, and view feeding history and statistics. All data is stored locally on your device.

Use of the App

Intended Use

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to track feeding information. It is a convenience tool and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Accept responsibility for all data you enter into the App

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monopilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. By using the App, you agree to be shown advertisements.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Local Data Storage

• All feeding data is stored locally on your device only
• We do not have servers or access to your data
• You are responsible for backing up your device data
• We are not responsible for any data loss

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONOPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages arising from decisions made based on information from the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monopilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update features and functionality
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monopilot regarding the use of the App.

By using Baby Easy Fed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
