Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bubble Blitz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bubble Blitz is a free casual bubble shooter game for Android and iOS, developed by Monopilot. The App is supported by advertisements. On Android it also offers optional in-app purchases; the iOS version offers none.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age required for consent in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantages

5. In-App Purchases (Android only)

On Android, the App offers optional consumable in-app purchases (coin packs) through Google Play Billing. All purchases are:

• Processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy
• Consumable — coins are spent within the App and cannot be exchanged for real money

Virtual currency (coins) and virtual items (boosters) have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App. The iOS version of the App offers no purchases.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including:

• Banner ads
• Interstitial ads (shown between levels)
• Rewarded video ads (optional, watched by you in exchange for an in-game reward)

Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not controlled by Monopilot. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App's functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to code, graphics, designs, sounds, and text — is owned by Monopilot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Monopilot name, the Bubble Blitz name, and associated logos are trademarks of Monopilot.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or device damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is handled by the third-party services integrated in the App.

12. Local Data

All game progress is stored locally on your device. There is no account, cloud backup, or cross-device sync. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstalling the App, or clearing the App's data.

13. Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
